Refunds and cancellation

Purchases are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Access passes cannot be cancelled after purchase.

No automatic renewal

Apex Grind does not use autopay or recurring payment mandates. Your payment unlocks the selected hub for one calendar month from the verified payment date. Access ends automatically when the pass expires. Purchase another pass to restore access.

A new purchase starts a fresh one-month period from that payment date; overlapping periods are not added together. The All-access pass unlocks both hubs.
